Portal.mn — App Information

Portal.mn is an online platform where users can purchase tickets for concerts, events, sports, and other activities, as well as related merchandise. Users can log in via Google to create their accounts on Portal.mn. Users can create an account using Google login, and we will only collect basic information such as name and email address. We do not have access to other Google services or data.

Interpretation

Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the meanings defined below. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

1. Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may collect the following information from you:

• User's email address, first and last name
• Account information linked to the “Wallet” section of the Portal.mn platform, account holder's name, account number, bank and financial institution name, transaction date, amount, balance, payment confirmation, and other related financial information;
• Information related to ticket and merchandise purchases (order history, payment status, purchase records);
• User communication information (feedback, complaints, and requests submitted to customer service);
• In the event of creating an account on the “Portal.mn” platform via a Facebook (Meta) account, certain information will be obtained and used from Facebook (Meta). This includes publicly available information with the user's consent, such as first and last name, email address, date of birth, and gender;

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent
• Unique device identifiers
• Mobile device type and ID
• Mobile operating system
• App usage data
• Other technical diagnostics of the device

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.
